Brian Gallagher
Owner - Chief Property Manager
Brian has several years of residential property management experience as well as extensive commercial building operations, maintenance, and management knowledge . Brian has worked as a Building Manager for The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation and for The Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation Museum & Research Center (at Foxwoods Resort Casino) in the areas of Building Operations & Management. Also, before starting GPM, Brian managed in excess of 800 residential properties for The Department of Housing & Urban Developement while working for Asset Management Specialist, a HUD subcontractor. Originally from New York, Brian now lives in West Hartford Connecticut with his beautiful wife and son.

Dan Munger
Head of Building Maintenance & Operations
Dan has worked in the construction trades for most of his life and has advanced construction and building systems knowledge. He also has extensive electrical, plumbing and HVAC abilities which come in handy during emergency service calls. Dan often runs painting, construction, and cleanout crews for apartment "make-ready" rehab's and REO cleanouts. Dan lives in Bristol Connecticut with his lovely wife and son.
